Rajesh is a happy man with his wife Sharda and a lovely daughter Pinky. He had a younger brother Vijay who had left the house at a very young age after a thrashing from his father. Rajesh has become very prosperous, Whereas Vijay has come to Mumbai and has become a pick pocket. Rajesh meets with an accident which has been pre arranged by his business rivals Mr. Kalicharan. Rajesh loses his memory and therefore his manager Girdhari takes advantage and plants Manmohini in Rajesh's house. Rajesh falls in love with Manmohini. Vijay falls in love with a stage dancer Seema. Who is handicapped. Vijay helps her regain her old charm. When Pinky and Sharda come to Mumbai, circumstances prevail upon them to work as servant in Rajesh's house. When Rajesh brings a costly necklace for Manmohini, Vijay robs it and gives it to Seema. Sharda is blamed and put behind bars. When Rajesh and Manmohini finds Seema dancing with the same necklace, she is accosted by the police. Vijay confesses everything. At that time all hell breaks loose when Sharda is found pregnant.
